Change your pain in 5 minutes

Myth 👉🏼 You need to exercise regularly to help with chronic pain

🤔 I don’t believe so ❌

“Exercise” gives us the idea and illusion that we *must* spend X amount of time and Y amount of energy.

It’s not your fault that you already feel defeated and exhausted before you even start!

So instead of “exercising,” what should you do instead?

✅ Gentle movements, done regularly throughout the day, at VERY short intervals (3-5 min)

The trick is to not keep the body stuck in fear of moving in anticipation of pain, but also to not overdo and crash into pain later.

🌻 In this video I also share a 2-3 min gentle movement practice you can do even from your bed to get the body moving and blood flowing, all WITHOUT exercising.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Do you exercise for helping with chronic pain? Why or why not?
